As one part of the Massachusetts Employment Lawyer’s Association’s diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, the MELA Executive Committee voted to provide a 50% reduced membership rate and a $50 introductory rate (first year of membership) to members of the BBA’s seven partner Affinity Bar Associations. These new rates are effective immediately.

To become a MELA member, you do not need to practice only plaintiffs’ employment law. As long as 67% or more of your employment practice AND 50% of your firm’s employment practice consist of representation of plaintiffs/employees, you are eligible for membership.

For more information about MELA and how to join, please visit MELA, or contact MELA President Gavi Bogin-Farber ([email protected]) or any other member of the Executive Committee (list here).
